This Privacy Policy explains how The Inflow Studio ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit www.theinflowstudio.com (the "Website") or use our classes, memberships, and related services.
Class bookings, payments, and video streaming are processed through our third-party booking partner, Arketa. Arketa handles that data as described in their own Privacy Policy, available at arketa.com/privacy. This policy covers what we collect and do directly and explains how Arketa fits into that picture.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly: your name and email address if you contact us, sign up for our newsletter, or fill out a form on the Website.
Information collected through Arketa on our behalf, when you book a class, purchase a membership, or stream on-demand content: your name, email, billing address, payment details, booking history, attendance, and class preferences. Arketa collects and processes this information as our service provider; see arketa.com/privacy for how they handle it.
Information collected automatically when you browse the Website: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar usage data, collected through Squarespace (our website host) and Google Analytics.
3. How We Use Your Information
To provide and personalize our classes, memberships, and content;
To communicate with you, including booking confirmations, class updates, and (if you opt in) marketing emails;
To understand how visitors use the Website, so we can improve it;
To comply with legal and tax obligations; and
To protect the security of our Website and business.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
With Arketa, to process bookings, payments, and on-demand video access;
With Squarespace, our website host, and Google Analytics, for basic site analytics;
With payment processors, to complete transactions;
Where required by law, or to protect our legal rights; and
As part of a sale or transfer of the business, with notice to you.
5. Cookies
Our Website uses cookies through Squarespace and Google Analytics to remember basic preferences and understand site usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functionality.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide our services, meet legal and tax obligations (financial records are typically retained for the period required by Canadian tax law), and resolve disputes. Data we no longer need is securely deleted.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We use Google Analytics for basic website usage tracking, which may be considered "sharing" under a broad reading of the CPRA; you can opt out of this by adjusting your cookie preferences or using Google's Analytics opt-out tools.

8. Children's Privacy
